VibeRoute is a social discovery platform that connects users with local businesses, deals, and experiences. The Service includes:

• Location-based business discovery
• Deal and offer notifications
• Check-in and reward systems
• Social features and community engagement
• Business profiles and analytics (for business accounts)

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
• Use bots or automated systems without authorization
• Collect or harvest user data without permission

VibeRoute is currently free to use for both explorers and businesses. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with advance notice to users.

Any transactions between users and businesses are subject to the payment terms agreed upon between those parties.

• Points and rewards have no cash value
• Points can be earned through check-ins and platform engagement
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program
• Points may expire according to the terms of the rewards program
• Fraud or abuse of the rewards system may result in account termination

The VibeRoute platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Information on the platform is accurate or complete
• Businesses will honor their posted deals
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBEROUTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the platform or other users
• Any reason at our discretion, with or without notice

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
