How does the new payment model work?

Customers pay for deals directly through the VibeRoute app. We process payments, deduct platform fees and influencer commissions, then settle your share to your registered bank account. No upfront payments or wallet required.

What payment methods do customers use?

Customers can pay with debit/credit cards, bank transfers, USSD, and mobile money - all processed securely through VibeRoute.

When do I receive my money?

Settlements are processed within 2-5 business days after customer redemption. You receive your share directly to your Nigerian bank account.

What happens if a customer doesn't pay?

No commission is deducted! Commissions are only taken from successful customer payments. If a customer doesn't pay, no one earns and you don't owe anything.

Do I need to maintain a wallet balance?

NO! The old wallet system has been replaced. You don't need to pre-fund anything. Commissions are deducted from customer payments before settlement.
